2009 Greeley Area Realtor Association Awards:

   Sears Real Estate agents were honored at the 2009 Greeley Area Realtors Association Awards more than any other real estate office.  We are very proud of our agents and their success!

   Randy Moser, Sears Real Estate broker/owner, was elected by his peers to serve as the GARA president.  Sears Real Estate agent Betty Hinze was given the Distinguished Service Award for her continuous involvement in the local community and non-profit organizations. 

   In addition, Sears Real Estate CEO Chalice Springfield was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year Award and Sears Real Estate agent Shelley Ball-Paddock was recognized for 25 years of service!

NCBR Women of Influence

   Sears Real Estate CEO, Chalice Springfield, named one of 2009 Women of Influence by the Northern Colorado Business Report.  She was selected as one of only 11 to receive the honor at the Northern Colorado Women of Influence breakfast in August 2009.
